Uploading and update my launcher

I just recently bought a new Sims 3 game, Seasons to be specific; and it downloaded perfectly through Origin but when I try to instal it says I need to update my sims launcher. Now when I go to my sims launcher it proceeds to say it canNOT concect to Origin also it says the game is up to date.

Here is what I have tried. I have changed all emails and passwords and made everything the same. Origin is connceted to Sims Launcher. I have uninstalled Oirgin and then reinstalled it. I unblocked my firewall for awhile to see if that was the case. I even spent an hour trying to talk to someone online and as they were helpful in the beginning then decided to stop talking to me.

Is there anyone who can help me or has any advice for me?
