I got this problem while trying to download some exchanges. I got The Sims 3 starter pack in origin, game is working, but at website they showing me this title - 

Upgrade your registration for The Sims 3 Community!

You must be a game-registered user to use certain community features.

Purchase one of our games by visiting your local retailer or by browsing our Games Page.

Already own a Sims 3 game? Please register your game and get full access to the site's features.

I tried to register my game with my "Sims 3 starter pack" serial code, but they showing me this - 

The serial code you entered is invalid. Please enter a valid serial code and re-submit.

And there there is no game showing at "my games". Please help

@amatidiZ300 try go to thesims3.com - login using the same login as Origin - click my page/my account/register a game - login - enter code for base game.

I tried this one. Didn't work out. the serial code is invalid.

@amatidiZ300 An invalid code usually means your making a mistake like entering a B for an 8. Sims 3 base game and expansion packs have 5 groups X 4 characters. You'll get a different error message if the code is in the system.

I can't make a mistake, because I was copying that code from origin game properties (Sims 3).

I am logged in all the time with origin account.
