Updating the game and problems with that

Hi! Please anyone help me, I've been trying to update my game to the lates update but it doesn't come through! And when i try to update it again it just says that the update has already been downloaded but then I teck my luncher and in the Game updates and there it still is! wtf!

May I ask which operating system you're using? I had the same issue on my Windows 7 computer. I'm having a totally new issue on my new Windows 8 computers. (Patches downloaded, now launcher won't open.) I have a new, faster internet connection and have yet to try to download the patches again on my windows 7. I will try to do so, and then edit this post with the result (if possible), and look forward to your reply about your operating system.

(Edit: I had already updated and hadn't realized it, and don't remember how I got the patches to download.. Sorry. But perhaps I can still troubleshoot! Just need more info from you is all.)
