Update deleted all expansion packs

After most recent update, my expansion packs are apparently 'not owned'. They are fully installed on steam, however in game are just gone as though I never bought/played with them.

@Zeldvark  Try verifying the integrity of the game files on Steam.  Open your library, choose Sims 4, click the Settings (gear) icon, select Manage > Game Properties > Local Files, and click the button to verify the integrity of the local files.

If that doesn't help, try removing the folder for one of your packs and redownloading it.  The default location for the pack folders should be:

Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4

The folders are labeled by pack type and release order, e.g. Snowy Escape is EP10.  Move one of these folders to the desktop, redownload the pack from Steam, and see whether it shows up in-game.
