@mduhhhhh You can safely ignore the message. Sims 4's database doesn't contain your particular card, and I can help you fix that if you want, but all the database entry does is tell the game which graphics options to use by default. You can set the graphics to whatever you want on your own.
You probably won't have great performance on this computer, at least not on higher graphics settings, but you should still be able to play without any trouble on lower settings.
