Sims 4 startup problem

Unable to start:

Initialization error at start up.

[135dec40:3fbbecd0:00000064:00000000]

My sims 4 loads up and gets to the start screen then just closes.

I have zero clue why this is happening and I have tried everything to fix it. I restarted my PC, uninstalled origin and sims, removed my cc, repaired the game and it still isn't working.

But first, uninstall Origin not manually but using Revo (free version)

and download from here:
