Unable to start

Whenever I try to start up the sims 4 it comes up with a message that I can't run the sims 4 with the video card in this system. It worked fine on my laptop before, but now it's not working, what do I do????

Hi, I Think I solved the problem. A friend recommended to me that I uninstall then reinstall my sims games and I did it and and it seems to be working now. Thanks for the help though
