That chipset doesn't really work with the game. You didn't post the whole of your DxDiag though, just the beginning.
You also seem to be using a beta driver. Try reverting back to the last release version.

If I am not mistaken, you are somewhat low on memory and your video card needs to be updated.
You will need the rest of the help advice from someone else. I am not the type of person who is good with video cards.
Merged your thread with your existing one.
Did you try reverting to normal drivers ? I really doubt you can play with that computer
