Unable to start SIMS 4

Can somebody help me out here?  I don't play this game.  This is for my wife and now, we're stuck with this error whenever we try to open the game

I already cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the game and its DLCs.

Start by either disabling Controlled Folder Access or setting exceptions for TS4_x64.exe, TS4.exe, and Origin.exe.
