That is below the requirements of the game.  GMA 4500 is the lowest it says for the bare minimum.

Your computer is ~6 years old and was not built to be a gaming machine 6 years ago.  The GMA 3100 was the entry level, bare minimum.. 6 years ago, age was not kind to it... and your trying to make it push 1080 on top of that.

Current Resoulution: 1366 x 768, 60Hz

Driver Ver: 320.49
