Unable to save to my library

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.46.18.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats&Dogs, city living, gtw, get together, seasons, dine out, jungle adventure, outdoor retreat, parenthood, spa day, vampires, backyard stuff, cool kitchen, kids room, laundry day, luxury party, movie hangout, perfect patio, romantic garden, toddler and vintage glamour
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to save a lot to your library
What happens when the bug occurs? When I tried to save a lot to my library it says there was an error saving this lot.
What do you expect to see? The lot saved to my library
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

The issue is I cannot save any of my lots. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Removed the mods folder first, started a new game built a house and it still would not save. I don't know why it started. It was working fine, I had no other issues, picked a house from my gallery, changed some things and tried to save and the error popped up. I tried to save several times, so I thought that maybe it was the house. Removed the house made one from scratch and went to save and the same error popped up. Went to a different lot did the same thing the same error. I did this with the mods & cc and without, still the same error. I tried to save a lot on sept. 13, 2018, before that there were no issues. I tried again with just a vanilla game, picked a lot built a house and tried to save the error says "There was an error saving this." It's frustrating because I can't save anything I build now. I like to reuse the houses I build, I will usually change things outside or inside these houses to fit the neighborhood that they are in. If there is a fix for this I will be grateful.

Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.

Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.

• Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)
• Tray Folder
• Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
• Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave and no longer needed - if you still have it)
• Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....
• Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)

The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.

Did @crinrict reply fix this problem? I am having same issue and honestly don't want to go through all those steps unless I know they work. I am wondering if it is just a bug right now since the gallery is having all these issues. Or if our games do need all this "repairing." Let me know please! So far all I have done is repair my game, and I read that I need to clear my cache-but when I went to do that the cache file is empty. Do either of you know if repairing the game clears cache? Or am I having an entirely different problem? I've not manually cleared my cache.

Thank you, it helped. I did put everything in one by one, but I couldn't find which thing caused the problem in the first place. I did remove some mods before I asked for help and one of them could have caused a conflict. I am not going to dwell on it though and now I know what to do if it happens again. Thank You.
