Unable to redeem Supernatural code on Sms 3 webpage

Hi,

I have not had any worries before when redeeming a code on the website but for some reason it wont take the Spernatural code.

I have not entered in incorrect cos i triple checked, I dont have another account and I bought it new.

I have installed it onto my comp n lappie nwid no wrorries.

Can anyone please help me understand why it wont work??
