Hi, I lost my SIms 3 University Life disc so I thought I might redeem all my product codes on origin so I can play through that instead. I was able to redeem and install some but when I got to sims supernatural it said that the product code had already been redeemed, but I havnt before redemed it on origin... so what do I do now?? Just buy another university life disc just so I can play?

 

I have tried for 2 days to do the live chat but it always says Sorry, there are no advisors available at this time.

 

And i tried calling up but was on hold for over an hour so I hung up... Seems like a lot of mucking around just to play a game... Frown Frown Frown

Does the pack appear in Origin? That pack may have auto registered under another account you created. You can only get tech support during certain hours. As this is a forum for users by users accounts issues can not be addressed here. You need to contact EA customer support directly.
