Unable to "Go Online" Was working an hour ago, Now it won't work

I have read  a few suggestions on here and none of them worked

 - My internet connection is strong

 - I restarted the Orgin, TS4,  and my computer

 - I have ran TS4 as an administrator

 - Online access is checked in my game (Uncheck and then rechecked) still nothing

 - I have tried every suggestion. Anybody have any other suggestions?

im in exactly the same boat atm, my internet connection is fine (hence why im able to post) but sims in game wont connect to my wifi... getting very frustrated now as all my achievements are gone also and my games still massively glitching

There are some issues with connecting to the gallery. Please open and close the gallery a few times. 
The Sims team is looking in to this issue.
