Unable to play Sims4

My sims 4 will not launch and I have not been able to play it for over a month now. I am so confused and angry because I've spent a lot of money on it and I'm not being able to play it. Whats going on?? Someone please help

Could you tell us a bit more about your problem? Do you see any error messages? Is it a problem with launching the game or maybe it crashes instantly? Any additional information will be useful
