Unable to open lot - error 102:cfbef1df:aa195f3a [ Edited ]

I don’t use any mods. It happens everytime I use one family in particular. The dad is a cop and when I go with him to station the game crashes and I get above error message. I then can’t back into the game as error message keeps populating.
