I bought my The sims 3 Basegame in 2009, I still have the product code and the CD. But in 2009 I made an account on thesims3.com.
I registered two games, World Adventures and The Sims 3 basegame. Then I stopped playing the sims 3 for a year and I also stopped using my hotmail for the account because it had a "childish" name. And if you dont login to your hotmail-account in a year I believe, it disappears. So it does no longer exist.
I remember my hotmail, even if it is gone, and I guess I have the password too somewhere.
I created a new sims3 page and I could not register my sims3 basegame because my other account (that I cant no longer sign in on) have it.
Now i want to shut the page down, I cant click "Forgot password" because the email for it does not exist.
Is there any way I can prove that it was my page so they can shut it down or at least un-register my games on that page?
