Unable to log on

I am trying to log on for the first time and it says I am not logged onto the internet.  I am logged on. I tried empty cache, remove firewall, reinstate firewall with origin as exception, untick lan.

@lapsanchez1  Where exactly are you not able to login, as in?  It would help if you could take a screenshot of the error message you get as well; you can attach it directly to a post.
