Unable to launch Sims 4

I bought the game online a few days ago. I've been playing it with no problems until today. I opened Origin and I try to play the Sims 4 but it wont open. The button to play is grayed out and it seems there's something wrong so it wont launch.
Can someone help? I just wanna play Sims :'(

same here...could really use the help. does anyone answer these things or does orgin rely on other gamers to answer the questions for them? this is pathetic, pay for a game and i cant even play it.
