Unable to install Sims 4 on new laptop

Sims 4 loaded successfully but laptop broke - had to scrap - and bought new  laptop, Sims 4 loaded successfully again on new laptop - Then the Windows 10 update - wiped it off = I am unable to re-install, as it states THE SERIAL CODE HAS ALREADY BEEN USED.

HELP!

@clumbers3 Once the code is accepted by the system that code is locked to the Origin account in use at that time. What you need to do is log in (user name and password) to the same account you used before and the game should be there. If the game is not installed on the new laptop the icon should say install not play.
