I've been trying to install The Sims 3 Dragon Valley and it keeps telling me to put in previous disc but won't install. Any suggestion?

Can you give us more details on your issue please? Are you trying to install via download or from disc? What disc does it want you to put into the tray? What error message are you getting exactly?
