Unable to download purchased official map.

Hello, I used to play sims 3 on Mac recently formatted my laptop into Windows 10.

I re-download the Sims 3 from origin and there are SO MUCH PROBLEMS! There were no such problems occurs on Mac before:

1. Origin app is blurry. I find out it’s a common issue, I checked graphics nothing works.

2. Sims 3 is blurry. Very blurry, even with highest settings.

3. I had a official map “midnight hollow” now I log in the game launcher it doesn’t show that I had brought the map. I went to the Sims 3 stores , it shows that I have the map but when I clicked download it says “you need an app to open the sims 3 link.” Before when I used Mac it would just start downloading when I clicked it.

@Triaie  For the download issue, are you asked to choose an app with which to open the link?  If so, choose TS3.exe.  Interestingly, I have the opposite experience: I'm always asked to choose an app in macOS, but not in Windows.

For the blurriness, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Please also post a couple of screenshots, so I can see what you mean.  There are different types of blurriness.
