Unable to dowload game pack at all

I'm unable to download the vampire game pack, I tried everything that I/people know and nothing works. Can you please help, I don't want $10 down the drain.

Please uninstall Origin. Then download the latest version here: https://www.origin.com/dnk/en-us/store/download

After installation login to the account you have The Sims 4 on. Rightclick the game in your game library and select Repair.

The new client is mandatory and you will not be able to continue using the old client. The exception here is players who are on XP and Vista as they will have no access to the new client.
