Unable to connect to EA servers to activate the Sims 4

I brought The Sims 4 , after installing it, when I click play it comes up with this error message "We are unable to connect to EA servers to activate The Sims 4 Limited Edition on this computer using your account. Please try again later."Can anyone help me?

Try reinstall Origin. After uninstallingin download new Origin from here

but first time activate the Sims 4 must connect to EA servers right?
