I haven't played the sims in a few months. I bought a new computer and attempted to download it to the new computer, and I got this error. This computer has never had the sims 4 on it before. I downloaded it through the origin launcher and attempted to repair it multiple times through the launcher as well and I'm still getting the error. I have deleted/reinstalled it multiple times and I am still getting this error. My computer is up to date with drivers and everything so I'm not sure what else I can do as no matter how many times I download/repair it, it will not open. I downloaded just the base game, no mods no expansion packs.

@woknroll699 Did you buy the game through Origin or Steam ?
