Hello guys I need your help, I just opened Origin then SIMS4 and prompted that the computer needs to restart to be able to go Online. I restarted twice and got the same error "Unable to start: Initialization error at start up. [135dec40:69731fb6:00000068:00000000]
Hey @iamdianneski you can generally fix this issue by repairing the game, to do so open your My Game Library and then find the game tile and right-click on it. From here select repair and Origin will check your installed files for any issues and should it find any fix them.
