Ultra speed looped sound

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know. It happens when I put it in ultra speed.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sound is looping when I put the game in ultra speed.
What do you expect to see? The sounds should not loop at all.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Latest patch installed (Early February 2020)

Please help me out, I’m desperate!

Every time I put the game in ultra speed, the sound keeps looping. Music, sims talking, instruments, doors, everything! It loops 2 or 3 times, it’s really annoying! 

I tried to close the game, open the game again, same thing. I shut off my computer completely, same thing happens. 

***notes: I don’t have any mods or custom content installed in the game.

@mauxox Going to move this to tech for troubleshooting.

Could you try repairing the game through origin and also test a new save to see if it happens there as well.
