Ts4 aging a couple of days [ Edited ]

Hi, so when I place a sim into the word that I have just created they are already aged up a couple of days and I have no mods or cc in my games and I tried repairing it and updating it but it still seems to continue and this wouldn't a big deal but when I put my mods back in and change the age span it makes the sims half way aged up instead of only a couple of days.
