I used their "Great Game Guarantee" to return this unfinished game. While I love the Sims, I would never have bought this if I would have known what a state they were shipping it in.
I got an email back saying they were processing the refund request for Case #14819282, and then nothing after that. If I go check it under my cases, I see a case there but it says "refund requested" and nothing else status-wise. I can see it got updated on the 7th and now just says "Resume"? But still sits there with no clue as to whats going on and still isn't refunded. I just want my money back at this point.
