Trying to change my security question [ Edited ]

I'm looking to change my password (I know my current one I just want to update them cause it keeps saying I've been logged in elsewhere when no one else has my information or account on it).  It's been so long since I joined I've forgotten the answer to my security question so I can't change it, I've seen a post where they say to contact an EA adviser, having gone through that I saw they will only call numbers from United States and Canada, when I am in England, and that they won't contact any other way other than phone.  Help?

EDIT: Nevermind, I tried going to the site with .co.uk at the end and assumed there was no version but just found the drop down menu in the corner to change countries.  

This can be deleted/locked.
