Transferring Sims 4 to new laptop

Hi, I know that this has been asked before, but none of the answers are working for me. 

I have moved Sims 4 to a different laptop, downloaded Origin, downloaded Sims 4, saved my files onto a USB, moved my saves onto the new laptop, now what do I do? 

When I open up Sims 4, the only option for me is to start a new game, no load game option, nothing in the gallery. 

Can anyone help? TIA

@LadyMalibuStace  That's the issue: your saves are nestled inside two Saves folders.  The path to a save should be

Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves

Move your saves out of the second saves folder and into the first one, and they should load.

@LadyMalibuStace  Please list the full file path to the Saves folder that has your old saves in it.  You can see the file path above the list of files in a File Explorer window.
