Transferring Games to Another Account

I have the sims3 and 4 expansion packs/stuff packs on my brothers account which I paid for but I would like them on my account.

Does anyone know how to do this?

That's not possible. All you can do is have EA merge the accounts but I doubt that's what you want to do.

You can try if customer suport is willing to do anything for you (like give you a new code or something along these lines) but I doubt it
