Toilets and showers not working in sims 4 university

I've recently bought the university pack and its been working perfectly fine but out of nowhere my sims can no longer use the toilets or showers in the dorm. I do have cc installed but the toilets and showers were working before but now they are no longer working.
I would really love if someone could give me a hand?
