Toddler eye color

Ok, how the hell do I change my toddler's eye colour? I have no CC or mods installed and yet I can't change them, I even used the CAS cheat and they still won't change. I don't want them brown, I want them blue but they won't budge!

@CaptainRose35 Could you try repairing the game through Origin ?
