Third Party purchased sims 3 games

I purchased a bulk pack of the sims 3 + expansion packs from a third party website. All games were on disk including the codes. For some reason when i went to register the games on origin, some were redeemable some were not. Obviously these were previously owned and previously registered. But why is it that some of the EPs can be redeemed but others not. Is there a way around this. Id like to have my games I purchased registered.

Some of the codes don’t work when i register them to origin, but yet they work when i manually download them. I just want them registered to my origin for the future if i decide to get a new computer etc.

@moomoogal11  If a code has already been registered in Origin, it can't be added to a new account.  There's no way around this.  It sounds like some of your codes were never registered, which is why they work now.

You're lucky you can install the games via disc and play.  Not everyone with used codes can even do that.
