The sims4 wont save, stuck in tutorial full of bug. If it runs at all.

Hi, I have a HP envy 13 laptop (i5 8th gen 1,8 ghz 6core, 8gb ram, even 2gb dedicated vram. 64bit).

When I first played the game (The Sims 4) it was running fine till the next day. That's when a the never ending line of bugs started. First it didn't open at all saying different error messages like initialization error at startup. After going through the steps provided on The EA site  I managed to get it running again only to realise now I can't save the game because it will stuck at the picture of the character doing nothing.

Apart from the obvious update, repair buttons on origin I tried the following options in different orders:

Uninstalled origin, sims4 reinstalled them still can't save.

Uninstalled from the registry files too, still can't save.

Tried deleting temp files still can't save it.

Tried deleting the saves and mods from documents... And as you can guess.. It did not friggin work.

I am going batshit crazy as I'm trying to fix it for the 3rd day in a row. Facing more and more error messages.

Ps. Origin runs in 32bit and I can't change it to run on 64bit. Is it normal?

Please help me.

@larocanna  The Windows version of Origin is 32-bit, that's normal.

Do you have OneDrive enabled and set to automatically sync the contents of Documents?  If so, please either disable OneDrive entirely, or stop it from auto-syncing Documents.

If that isn't the issue, please move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will be created with no content.  Don't add anything to it yet, just create a sim, place them in a house, save, quit, restart your computer, play for a couple more minutes, and try to save again.  Let me know whether it works.

If you still can't save even in the clean folder, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
