The sims won't launch

My game won't open unless I uninstall both Origin and the sims and then re-install it, does anyone know how to fix this?

@puzzlezaddict I use the windows antivirus that came with my laptop

@Matthias_IAMTHAT  Please double-check for another (possibly not fully activated) antivirus anyway, just in case.  Right-click on the Taskbar at the bottom of the screen, select the Task Manager, click "More details" if necessary, and look through the list of background processes for anything that sounds like it might belong to an antivirus, e.g. Norton, Sophos, McAfee.

If you don't find anything, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Please also describe what happens when you try to play without uninstalling Origin and Sims 4.
