The sims 4 won’t launch

Every time I try and get into the sims it comes up with and error saying “ we are unable to connect to EA servers to activate the sims 4 on this computer using your account. Please try again later.” Please help as this has been happening for a few months now.
@bradverral400 Are you still having issues with this ? Did you check if your security software is blocking the connection ?
