The sims 4 won't download on origin keeps decreasing from 63% to 45%

Getting really annoyed by this now I've been waiting to play the game for 24 hours now and the percentage of the download increases by 5 % but it will decrease by to the original download percentage it was before. Need help asap resolving this issue !!!
