The sims 4 top of the screen flickering (New Windows Update just installed)
The top part of my screen is flickering on start up but in create a sim it's the whole screen flickering.
I've been playing the sims 4 for over a year now and I just updated my windows to the fall update and I go to play the sims 4 and the screen starts flickering like crazy. It's never been like this before. I don't believe I have a graphics card unless the defult one counts and if somebody could help me that would be great.

P.S. My driver model is WDDM 2.0

try going to your game options and turn on vysnc
