The sims 4 keeps crashing my new laptop.

Hi ive just got a new laptop and for some reason i can play for a couple hours but then laptop just crashes and i cant press anything have to hard reset the machine to get it working again, any advice would be helpful have already updated drivers and repaired the game file in origin have attached DxDiag file i seen someone else ask for on another post.
