The sims 4 install on new account wont work

I downloaded my sims 4 on a different account that i dont have the information for and i want to download it to my new account but the disk wont run or install. If i enter the game code it just tells me it was already used on another account ( the one i lost ) and wont let me download it. Im not trying to buy it again so please help.

if you registered the game on another account, that's where it will stay registered.

You can try contacting customer support if they can help you though
