The sims 4 horizontal lines

Hi,

I know this has been answered a lot, I went through all the posts but nothing helped me. I have windows 7 and I was playing the sims 4 normally. 2 days ago i opened it and there were lines across the screen. I tried repairing the game, reinstalling, tried new intel drivers (didn't help, fd up the laptop and I had to reinstall it)

Pretty please help me.
