The sims 4 do not run

Dear Sir,

I order and pay The Sims 4 released at setember , 2th for my daughter, but the game doesn't work . After insttall, we try to run receive a windows message saying that the game stopped. I reinstalled several times but i did not have any success.

I have a Windows 7 with 8 Giga RAM and I7 processor (64 bits). There is anything that I can do to run sucessfully this game?

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
