This is a long shot but hopefully some simmers here can help me out?! I’ve contacted ea all week but they end up doing ‘research’ and out live chat disconnects after a while (and I’m not spending £10 for a 20 min phone call) My sims 4 keeps crashing randomly, can be 20min into the game and sometimes 2 hours into gameplay. This started happening last month. I’ve had the game for 3 years and the same computer for a year... I have no mods and no CC. I’ve cleared origin cashe, repaired and updated the game, changed the folder name, updated my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled origin and the sims 4 aswell as playing in offline mode... I just have no idea what to do next...? My computer reaches all the ideal specs for the game as well.
