The sims 4 crashes - DxDiag Info [ Edited ]

Hi, my game crashes every 5-10 minutes. I followed the instructions of ea live chat(repair the game, delete origin folders etc.) but the problem still remains. I read a for the DxDiag info here, so I copy this below. I wish there is a solution as I can't play at all the last 2 weeks.

Your driver needs update as it hasn't been updated for over a year. Try to rung the game in Windowed mode, that is gonna reduce the gpu requirements. Right-click on game in Origin, and select Properties and into the pop-up window type: -w and confirm. This should launch the game in window instead of full screen.

Did you try the diagnostic on the web site? What was the result? All equipment is allright to run the game? Can you post a screenshot?

I tried to repair the game from origin, it's also updated, tried to save as a new game, made the graphics lower (although I think this is not the problem as I used to play it for hours without any problems). I don't use any mods, tried laptop mode off, cleared cache from firefox, reinstalled origin, tried almost everything. I think the problem is about the last update with pools, that's when it started crashing. The message says "The Sims 4 stopped working" and it comes randomly not only at travels for instance. The diagnostic? You mean for the game requirements? If yes, I did this and my laptop was fine to play the game.

If you get this type of message that means that there is something in your computer causing the crashes. My guess would be the graphic card drivers since they were not updated for a very long time. Did you update them via the link that I sent you? Can you please provide actual DxDiag?

The DXDIAG error message is misleading. The problem is actually an outdated or faulty .NET framework installation. Try reinstalling it from here:

Hi, I think and hope so, that I found the solution. I just followed the steps of the "Resetting the game to factory settings without reinstalling" field at the following post:

I played for an hour without crashing. I wish I won't have this problem again.
