The sims 4 cas demo problem running the game!

Hey! I just got the sims 4 cas demo mileyvery-happy: Problem is when i try to run the game, i only get an error message saying the game has stopped running and windows will get back to me if there is an solution. mileysad: 

my computers system is: Windows 7 home premium 64-biters( 6.1, build 7601)

My dxdiag:

Processor: intel(R) core(TM) i5-240M CPU @ 2.50 GHz (4CPUs), ~2.5GHz

Ram: 6144MB

DirectX: DirectX 11

Graphics card:  Intel(R) HD Graphics Family 

I really hope you can help me with this!

Try if you can play if you put Origin in offline mode.

Also are your graphics drivers updated ?

have u tried to right click  it and click repair game (if its there)

Yes i`ve tried to repair it and update it, but its the same error message and it wont work;(
