The sims 3 brightness issue

I think re-installing it is not necessary. If you're using Windows 8 then open your Sims 3.

2) Minimize it and open your Task Manager.

3) Right-click on "Sims 3" > Properties

4) Click on the "Compatibility" tab. 

5) Under "Compatibility mode" uncheck the "Run this program in compatibility mode for:"

Lastly~ Restart your computer. THEN TADA!! I think.
