please help me check why i can not download the SIM4 the living city 

yesterday，i buy the same expansion again in the steam careless and then i return the money

but today i can not use this expansion

@dannykuan0616  The issue is probably that Origin thinks you don't own the pack anymore, because the Steam version was removed, and that's the newest data.  Try clearing Origin's cache:

Restart your computer, and see whether you can download City Living.  If not, you'll need to contact EA customer support to ask for help.

@dannykuan0616  Have you cleared Origin's cache yet?  Open your Origin game library, click on the Sims 4 icon, select More > Expansion Packs, and City Living will be close to the top.

@dannykuan0616  City Living is definitely listed under Expansion Packs.  If your Origin install is set to a different language, it might have a different name, but the pack has to be there.

If the button on the pack says Download, then download it.  If it says Buy Now, then contact EA customer support.
