The mouth movements on my sims dont work [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get Together and Base
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play? I guess... it might just be me
What happens when the bug occurs? The sims, when talking, do not move their mouths when chatting or when they are expressing emotion. Their face just stops.
What do you expect to see? No movement in face, mouth.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

 MY SIMS MOUTH don't MOVE. This bug was fixed in Jan, but since SEP the game has just been acting like this.
